Administrator Role

The Spaces Group have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their growing team based in in or around the Northamptonshire area.

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Northamptonshire area

Salary: Up to 20k per year ideally on a part time/self-employed basis

The Spaces Group designs and manufactures high quality modular buildings for the residential, educational and commercial markets. We have grown over 25% year on year for the last 6 years. The Spaces Group provide modern, flexible solutions for homeowners and educational institutions in need of extra space. Our buildings are found in homes and businesses across the UK yet we are locally focussed and pride ourselves in offering high levels of service coupled with quality materials.

We are looking for a well organised person to deal with a number of different client and staff duties, in a progressive modular building company.

Administrator - You:

  • Organised in office duties
  • An excellent communicator
  • Computer literate in basic programs (Word, Excel etc.), data base systems and some knowledge in technical drawing programs would be preferable
  • Use to working with material ordering, and basic understanding technical drawings
  • CDM health and safety knowledge preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Building Control and Planning
  • Flexible hours working from home, and will occasionally be required to attend group meetings
